Billy and Amanda bonded over their individual troubles and when her past caught up to her, Billy was there to support the attorney as she feared for her life. Although they both kept things securely in the friend zone, that is about to change as Billy finally decides to make a move. “There’s a reason why we’re drawn to each other,” he declares. “Something about it feels right. And I think you know that.” After a platonic night laying in bed next to each other, Billy states his case and it looks like Amanda is also willing to give it a shot because she leans in for a passionate kiss!

Adam offered to step in as CEO of Newman Enterprises and Victor seemed about to accept his son’s offer… until his other son made him a better one! “Nick just now decided he wanted to become CEO,” Adam complains to his father before accusing him, “You played me.” And Nick knows exactly what kind of enemy he’s made making the decision to step on his brother’s toes. “He’s gonna come after this company,” he warns Victor. But the patriarch is confident that they can withstand whatever revenge Adam cooks up. “And he will fail,” Victor promises. After Adam shares the bad news with Chelsea, she offers him her full support. “If you want that chair as CEO,” she vows, “I am gonna help you get there.” How far will Adam go for vengeance?
