Things are getting complicated in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers! As Adam and Sally celebrate their happiness over their baby, Nick bristles. But when Victor again tries to step in, Nick warns his father to stop making trouble. So where is Nick’s head really at?
Since Sally is in a relationship with Nick while pregnant with Adam’s baby, they have all agreed to come together to figure out a way that both men can be part of the baby’s life. However, that could prove easier said than done!
“The perfect little everything,” Sally marvels as she looks at the sonogram pictures after returning home to her suite after the appointment. And Adam looks up from his own copy to smile. “I can’t believe we’re having a little baby girl,” he enthuses. And as the baby’s parents beam at each other happily, Nick just turns to glare at his brother.
Sitting down at Society with Nick again, Victor once more attempts to get his son to see the truth about what’s really going on here. “She has both of you where she wants you,” he argues. “She’s playing you.”
But Nick continues to insist that this arrangement is working and Adam isn’t a threat to his relationship with Sally. “Why can’t you just focus on the fact that you have a new granddaughter coming and quit playing these games,” he grumbles.
This catches Victor by surprise and he responds: “Granddaughter?” Might the reality of another Newman entering the world change his perspective on things?
