THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Spoilers: Kyle Learns the Shocking Truth!

The truth finally comes out in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers! Kyle has come home to Genoa City and has no idea the bombshell that’s going to be dropped on him! Plus, Nikki finds herself pulled into the loop, and Mariah makes a special request of Nick.

As he waits for his son to come back to Genoa City, Jack steels himself to tell him the truth. “When Kyle finds out that Diane is still alive,” he sighs to Phyllis, “it’s gonna turn his world upside down.” And when Kyle arrives at the Abbott mansion, Jack sits down with him for the moment of truth. “Your mother, she is alive,” Jack reveals. “She wants to see you.” Kyle is absolutely stunned and can’t even believe the words coming out of his father’s mouth. “This is impossible,” he gasps. “She was murdered, for God’s sakes.”

After Jack reports that Diane faked her death, a shaken Kyle turns to the family’s rock, Traci. “You can always tell me anything,” she assures her nephew. But with tears in his eyes, Kyle stammers, “I don’t even know where to begin…” But he clearly eventually finds the words as he wonders: “How could she let me believe she was dead? What am I gonna do?”

And Kyle isn’t the only one whose world will be rocked by the news of Diane’s “resurrection.” Nikki believed that she was responsible for taking Diane’s life all those years ago, so this will come as quite a shock for her! “This is about Diane Jenkins,” Jack tells her. “She is alive and well and here in Genoa City.” What will Nikki do to the woman who made her think she was a murderer?

With plans for the wedding still going forward in the wake of Rey’s death, Mariah has some things she needs to get in place before the ceremony. “You’ve been an amazing person in my life,” she tells Nick, “and you’ve loved me like a daughter. And I know what an amazing father you were to my sister. So… would you walk me down the aisle?”
