THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Spoilers: More Bad News for Chance?
There’s good news and bad news in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers! Ashland puts Michael on the defensive, Devon updates Lily on the latest with Dominic, Adam wonders how he fits into Victor’s plan, and Abby worries about Chance!
Now that Michael has begun working for Victor, this has also brought him into Ashland’s orbit. “Well, you certainly live up to your reputation,” the businessman remarks, impressed. Michael smiles and counters: “You haven’t been around here long enough to know much about me.” But Ashland grins and teases: “You’d be surprised.” Should Michael be watching his back?
Victoria remains determined to snatch up Newman Media, and it’s starting to look like Victor wouldn’t mind that happening. “Acquiring Newman Media, that would create a formidable company,” he notes. “It would make Newman-Locke the powerhouse in the media business.” However, Adam is not on the same page. “But the question is,” he wonders, “what would it mean for me?” Could this pit father against son once again?
Devon was pleasantly surprised when Abby and Chance agreed to grant him shared custody of Dominic, and now he’s sharing the good news with Lily. But there’s something even sweeter about the deal now that Winters is going to be a part of the little boy’s name. “Since Dominic is becoming an official member of the family,” Devon informs his sister, “I asked if that could be reflected in his name.”
Meanwhile, Abby and Chance are still struggling. Abby wants to help her husband but it’s difficult when he won’t open up to her. “What’s wrong?” she asks when she finds Chance sitting alone on the living room couch late at night looking at a piece of paper with tears in his eyes. When he doesn’t respond, Abby grows even more concerned. Can their family take any more bad news?
