THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Spoilers: Will Summer Leave?

Brace for heartbreak in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers! Ashland gets more bad news, Amanda confronts her grandfather, and Summer pushes Kyle away as he fears he’s lost her forever!

Sitting with Victoria, Ashland looks at his phone and then turns upset. “What’s wrong?” she asks, concerned. Shaking his head, he whispers, “How could this have happened?” But is this bad news part of Ashland’s latest scheme… or Victoria’s?

Having confronted Naya about lying to cover for her father, Amanda now sets her sights on Sutton himself. “How did you convince Naya to take the blame for a murder that you’re responsible for?” she asks her grandfather. His eyes widen at the accusation, so might Amanda be on the wrong track? Has she really discovered the truth about her father’s death, or is there something more going on?

Not wanting to deprive Kyle of his son, Summer has caved in to Tara and Sally’s pressure and agreed to take the job in Italy. “There’s no future between us,” she tearfully informs Kyle. “You have nothing left to fight for.” But Kyle insists: “For you! For the life that we planned to have together.” Desperate to keep Summer in his life, he begs her to reconsider. “Please, just rethink what you’re doing,” he insists. “Give us a chance.” But Summer stands her ground and digs her lie even deeper. “I am leaving to go live the life that I want,” she declares. “Please stop. It’s done.”

As Summer prepares to leave Genoa City, Kyle is on the verge of giving up on his love. “Maybe it’s time to give up,” he admits to Billy. But he urges his nephew that there’s still hope. “I would bet on the fact that you got a chance,” Billy urges, “until that plane actually takes off, to change her mind.” But will Kyle take that chance? And will he succeed?
