Y&R Alum Donny Boaz Is Engaged to Nicole Henderson
Please join us in congratulating THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS alum Donny Boaz (ex-Chance) on his engagement to Nicole Henderson! Although he didn’t specify when he popped the question, when Boaz wished her a happy birthday this year on Instagram, he specifically referred to her as his fiancée this time around!
“I’d like to wish a very happy birthday to my fiancée Nicole,” he wrote. “Wow. Time flies, boo. A lot has changed in the past year. We bought a house together, we have a garden, 15 chickens, a cat, a dog, and BK. I love you with my whole heart.
“I look forward to celebrating your next 70-plus birthdays with you as my Mrs.,” he added. “I appreciate you and all of your love, support, and patience as we strive to grow together and be on ‘the same page.’ I love you, sweetheart. I hope you’re enjoying your spa day, being pampered, and don’t kill me for posting this without your permission.”
The couple is wearing the same clothes as in a couple of photos Boaz shared to wish Nicole a happy birthday last Aug. 25. Although, in those pics, there is no ring on her finger as there is in the first photo in his 2022 birthday post. So if Boaz did actually propose on the beach last year, he’s been keeping the good news quiet for quite some time!
Y&R fans remember Boaz from his 2019-21 run as Phillip “Chance” Chancellor IV on the CBS soap. Since leaving daytime, the actor has played Jacob in episodes of the CW series ALL AMERICAN, Tyrone Lacour in the HBO mini-series The Staircase, and has multiple projects currently in various stages of production.
