Every year, the GENERAL HOSPITAL Nurses Ball is eagerly awaited by fans who can’t wait to see their favorite actors take to the stage for some spectacular musical performances. (Not to mention all the drama that goes on in the ballroom in between numbers!) But the week-long event takes even longer to produce, involving the entire cast and crew who come together to do all the hard work that looks so effortless on screen!

Of course, when they’re not filming scenes, the stars of GH find time to have some fun, and snapped plenty of awesome behind the scenes photos with their castmates. Emme Rylan (Lulu) showed just how enormous her dress really was, Michelle Stafford (Nina) snapped selfies with guest star Mario Lopez and others, and the soap wanted to make sure fans knew just how handsome Maurice Benard (Sonny), Chad Duell (Michael), and Dominic Zamprogna (Dante) looked in their classic tuxedoes!
