GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Ryan Carnes Has Been Hitting the Gym and Is Looking Good!

It’s been a while since GENERAL HOSPITAL fans have seen Ryan Carnes wandering the halls of the hospital as Dr. Lucas Jones, but the actor has been keeping very busy with other projects — as well as keeping himself in amazing shape! Carnes shared a photo on Instagram where he joked that his trainer, Jake Newlander, “clearly caught me NWS (napping while standing) between sets” and the guy is looking buffer than ever!

We also noticed that his hair is looking bleached blonde underneath that black baseball cap, and can’t help but wonder what role that might be for. Although Lucas hasn’t been seen much since tying the knot with Brad, Carnes has been appearing in indie films like Encounter and La Boda de Valentina. Still, with Julian getting out of jail soon, perhaps GH viewers will be treated to a scene between Lucas and his father?

Carnes may be looking hunkier than ever with the help of his professional trainer, but the actor has always been hot. Just take a look at some of his Instagram pics below if you need proof!
