ONE LIFE TO LIVE’s Eddie Alderson Shares Update on His Cancer Treatment After His First Day of Chemo!
Fans were devastated when ONE LIFE TO LIVE’s Eddie Alderson (Matthew) revealed he had been diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, but he and his sister, Kristen Alderson (ex-Kiki, GENERAL HOSPITAL; Starr, OLTL) promised to keep everyone updated on his progress.
“Killin’ it!” Kristen shared on Instagram. “Literally.”
In the video she made, Eddie’s first day of chemotherapy is finished, and he smiles into the camera as he declares, “Bye, cancer!” Then he lip synchs along to “I Will Survive” and the two of them sing “Living On a Prayer” together. So perfect!

It’s awesome to see Eddie doing so well and going into this with such a great attitude. And we look forward to even more positive updates as he beats this!
