Soap fans look forward to the Daytime Emmy Awards every year, not just to see who will take home the trophies, but to see what their favorite stars are wearing on the red carpet. Well, the 70th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were held on Sept. 17 and there were plenty of daytime alums in attendance at the Microsoft Theater in Downtown Los Angeles!
Longtime soap fans will recognize actors from ALL MY CHILDREN, GENERAL HOSPITAL, ONE LIFE TO LIVE, GUIDING LIGHT, and even SEARCH FOR TOMORROW who have since gone on to have amazing careers in film, stage, and of course, primetime television.

Ricky Martin 2018 Emmys

Jane Krakowski 2018 Emmys
Steven BergmanJane Krakowski got her big break playing Theresa Rebecca “T.R.” Kendall on the NBC sudser SEARCH FOR TOMORROW, and earned Daytime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series in 1986 and 1987 for her work. Although not nominated for a primetime Emmy this year, the actress attended with her adorable son, Bennett.
