Backstage at the 2020 GENERAL HOSPITAL Nurses Ball

The 2020 GENERAL HOSPITAL Nurses Ball may have looked a little different due to the COVID-19 security protocols, but the soap still managed to put on a great show even with all the restrictions! “I will forever be in awe of what [executive producer] Frank Valentini and our GH writers, GH staff, GH crew, and GH cast pulled off to bring the Nurses Ball to you,” enthused Lynn Herring (Lucy). “Thank you for watching, your support is appreciated more than you know.”

During the Nurses Ball, viewers were treated to some magical performances by the talented cast. Sydney Mikayla (Trina) and Eden McCoy (Josslyn) joined William Lipton (Cameron) on stage to perform “The Places We Could Go,” an original song composed by Lipton himself.

Cynthia Watros (Nina) and Ingo Rademacher (Jax) turned up the heat to make Valentin’s blood boil as they performed a dance routine to Jase Harley’s song, “Ripped Jeans.” Wally Kurth (Ned) and Lisa LoCicero (Olivia) took to the stage to sing “Lead Me Back to You,” written by Laura Alt and Adonis Tsilimparis, which brought Brook Lynn to tears.

James Patrick Stuart (Valentin) sang “Can You Feel Me?’ a song he wrote and composed himself. And as an impromptu closer, Lucy enlisted Sonya Eddy (Epiphany), Risa Dorken (Amy), and Dioni Michelle Collins (Deanna) to join singer-songwriter Madison Malone to perform her track, “Falling.”
