GH’s Julie Berman Celebrates Her Son Asher’s First Birthday
One year ago, GENERAL HOSPITAL alum Julie Berman (ex-Lulu) welcomed her son, Asher Dean, into the world. And this Feb. 18, she and husband Michael Grady are celebrating their son’s first birthday. The actress commemorated the special occasion with a video she put together chronicling his first year on Earth. “Every time I made a student film when I was in college, 95% of them turned into lame music videos (despite all polite criticism from my instructors/classmates),” she said. “So yeah. I’m a cheesy gal and I’m sorry kid, but let’s be real — of course you’re gonna get a music video from me for your first birthday. And yeah, I’m gonna make it public.
“And before you say anything, your butt does make an appearance,” Berman added. “But it’s adorable and I’m sure your future employer who looks into your background and sees this post will agree. I am the luckiest person alive to be your mom. Happy one year around the sun, my baby. I love you.”
The video begins with Berman cradling the newborn Asher and his beautiful smile and includes plenty of hugs and kisses and laughter and love. It’s split into two parts, so make sure you swipe through below to see the second half because you don’t want to miss any of that cuteness!
