Laura Wright Shares a Backstage Peek at GH’s Votes for Women Episode

On Nov. 2, 2020, the day before election day, GENERAL HOSPITAL celebrated the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution which gave women across the country the right to vote. In a very special standalone episode, Trina and Josslyn found themselves transported back in time where they encountered some women suffragists (with very familiar faces) who showed them how important it is to exercise your right to vote.

“It’s a fabulous show we are all so proud of,” declared Finola Hughes (Anna). “Our all-female cast brings out a story about Votes for Women. Produced, written, lit by, and directed by women.” And Kathleen Gati (Obrecht), who played the warden of the local jail, called it a “fun episode to shoot.”

Laura Wright (Carly) shared a bunch of behind the scenes photos from the episode and you can see them and more by scrolling through the gallery below!
