Thirty-seven hundred miles away and Luke Spencer was still the talk of the town… but not in a good way!
Relieved that Lulu was safely home, Tracy threw her arms around her and then almost immediately asked if she had seen Luke. Lulu saw right through Tracy’s claim that she and Luke were “better than okay.” If that was true, why didn’t she know where he was? The more Tracy said, the less Lulu believed. Finally, Tracy admitted the truth — she hadn’t seen Luke since their honeymoon. “It’s as if he’s become a complete stranger,” she mourned.
Dante stepped in, saying he might know what’s going on with Luke. “Anna thinks Luke could be the head of the Jerome crime family,” he revealed. Tracy was stunned. Then, she was hit with a memory. The night of Nikolas and Britt’s engagement party, she saw Julian and Luke together in the Wyndemere stables.
Meanwhile, Patrick and Sam told Alexis they were following a lead about the person who might have put Rafe up to running Patrick’s car off the road. They told her their theory about Luke and how Spencer’s story fit in. Like Tracy, Alexis remembered something the night of the Wyndemere party. Julian had gotten a text from someone who wanted to meet him right there and then. An hour later, she ran into Tracy looking for Luke, who, like Julian, was nowhere to be found.
Julian was worried sick about Ava, unaware that was hiding out with Morgan at the brownstone. Morgan couldn’t wrap his head around the idea that Sonny would kidnap her, drag her off somewhere to have the baby and then kill her. “He can and he will,” she shuddered. Although she was determined to get out of town as quickly as possible, she had no plan. Morgan, however, did. “Stay with me! I don’t want you to go, Ava!”
Before answering the knock at his door, Julian grabbed a gun. It was a big bruiser of a guy named Kobe, who was sent by Fluke to find Ava. Kobe tried to intimidate Julian into revealing Ava’s whereabouts, but Julian really didn’t know. He ordered Julian to sweep up after his sister and not only get the goods on Sonny, but also kill Michael! Kobe flashed his brass knuckles like he was going to punch Julian’s lights out. Julian, however, was the smarter of the two and got the upper hand!
Jordan marched right past Kobe and into Julian’s apartment like she owned the place. Kobe recognized her as the woman who killed Mickey Diamond and, after a rather unpleased exchange of words, he left. Once alone, Julian asked Jordan about Ava. She filled him in on what happened the night before, and he filled her in on what happened with Kobe. “He was here for my sister,” Julian began. “Ava was supposed to take out Michael Corinthos and she refused. Now I think he might be on his way there to do it himself.”
