A Baby for Jordan and Curtis on General Hospital?

Thanks to GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Curtis, as well as his and Jordan’s loved ones, the police commissioner finally got the kidney that she needed to survive. And now that she appears to be on the mend… perhaps it’s time to revisit the newlyweds’ baby situation! Back when Jordan started dialysis in March, Curtis was excited to learn that she could still get pregnant — which left both her and her portrayer gobsmacked. “I was so shocked by it,” Briana Nicole Henry recalled to Soaps In Depth. “As Briana, it was like, ‘Oh my gosh, you guys haven’t had this discussion yet?’ Curtis and Jordan are older. They’re adults. So I was taken aback!”

It seems that, in all the time the couple spent unpacking their baggage to be together, they never broached the topic of having children. “Maybe because Jordan has a son already, she never even thought it was something Curtis would want,” Henry theorized.

Whatever the case, this feels like the perfect time to find out if Jordan’s up for another round of parenting — something Henry wouldn’t mind seeing play out. “If they want to put a baby in Jordan and Curtis’ life, I’m all for it,” she grinned. “I adore babies. And it’ll probably help my baby fever in real life!”

Plus, after the way Jordan handled her recent health scare, Henry wouldn’t mind seeing the sidelined commissioner refocus her energy. “Jordan’s at a point in her life where all these people had to help take care of her, and that was difficult for her,” she explained. “She’s just not used to having to depend on others. I love Jordan’s strength and her commitment to what she loves to do, but I really hope this wakes her up. She has such a beautiful family around her. I’d love to see a bit more involvement with that.”
