GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Emme Rylan Shows Off the Amazing Results of Her Post-Pregnancy Weight Loss!
What a difference a year makes! GENERAL HOSPITAL star Emme Rylan (Lulu) shared a before and after photo to show how she’s gotten her pre-pregnancy body back after the birth of her daughter, Dakota, back on June 26, 2017. “One year ago versus today!” Rylan declared, showing off her slim and trim figure. “So excited to be seeing results from my workouts! Crazy to think that Dakota was in that belly!”
In addition to Dakota, Rylan and partner Don Money have two sons, Jackson, 8, and Levi, 6. So running around after three kids while also starring on GH should be enough of a workout in itself, but she didn’t stop there! “I am doing anything and everything I can,” Rylan told her fans. “Running, cardio kickboxing, Tracy Anderson Method, pushing the stroller up and down hills, barre classes, and Zumba! I feel like I’m seeing the most results by changing it up every day.”
When Rylan returned to the GH set a month after giving birth, she warned viewers that she would still look a little pregnant. “Will a really awesome facial be enough to distract you from the small bump I will be sporting?” she joked, reminding fans she had a real baby, not a TV baby. Of course, that was nothing compared to the enormous baby bump the soap had to hide in the months leading up to Dakota’s birth, seeing as how Lulu wasn’t pregnant on the show. One of our favorite bump hiding places was her 2017 Nurses Ball dress that was so big she could even hide Kelly Monaco (Sam) inside!

It’s amazing to see how much work Rylan has put into getting herself back in shape — too bad she’s so busy as a working mom because she could start a side business as a personal trainer!
