Congratulations are in order for daytime alum Kelly Sullivan, who married photographer and director Eric Michael Roy on May 27 in Las Vegas! The actress — who played GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Connie and Kate as well as THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS’ Sage — shared a couple photos of them kissing outside of the Little Vegas Chapel on Instagram captioned with song lyrics from “Something Good” from The Sound of Music.

Perhaps I had a wicked childhood Perhaps I had a miserable youth But somewhere in my wicked, miserable past There must have been a moment of truth For here you are, standing there, loving me Whether or not you should So somewhere in my youth or childhood I must have done something good Nothing comes from nothing Nothing ever could So somewhere in my youth or childhood I must have done something good
Among those wishing the newlyweds congratulations in the comments were Sullivan’s former co-stars. “This makes me so happy,” Brandon Barash (Stefan, DAYS OF OUR LIVES; ex-Johnny, GH) declared. Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea, Y&R) cheered: “Love love love love love! Congrats you two gorgeous humans!” Kelly Thiebaud (ex-Britt, GH) offered her congratulations with a bunch of celebratory emojis, and Tamara Braun (Kim, GH) posted: “Oh my goodness! you did it! Congrats, beautiful ones! Congrats!” Also joining in were Greg Rikaart (Kevin, Y&R), David Gregory (Ford, ONE LIFE TO LIVE), Bradford Anderson (Spinelli, GH), and Lilly Melgar (ex-Lily, GH).
So please join them — and us — in wishing the couple a lifetime of happiness together! And for more on your favorite daytime stars, keep reading Soaps In Depth magazine!
