I went back and forth about putting this shot up. I only have 2 pictures of me at my highest weight. Here is one of them. I have been criticized by some ladies saying that I don't know what it's like to be big because I have always been thin… wrong. I have not. There is nothing that you have done (eating wise) that I have not done as well… believe me, NOTHING. This is why I'm so passionate about healthy eating. This is why I want to educate and help others regarding what goes into their body. THIS is why I partnered with @simply.natural.living to advise and help other men and women regarding healthy living and healthy lifestyles… Bottom line, you wanna be around for your kids and grandkids, right? So do I. Let's go!! Let's start this thing, shall we?!! Ok!! We're starting next week! Go follow @simply.natural.living and www.simplynaturalliving.com it's gonna be fun and informative and I am gonna help get you healthy!! K? K!!! ❤️ #TheultimateTBT

Stafford has shared plenty of photos of her looking gorgeous and rocking a bikini on her social media so she wanted to prove to some of her fans that she is just like them. “I have been criticized by some ladies saying that I don’t know what it’s like to be big because I have always been thin,” she revealed. “Wrong. I have not. There is nothing that you have done (eating wise) that I have not done as well. Believe me, nothing. This is why I’m so passionate about healthy eating.”

While some fans applauded Stafford for being brave and sharing the photo, others continued to criticize the soap star for not actually being that big in the photo. “I’m sorry that you didn’t understand the message of my post,” Stafford responded. “It is about health. Not being big or small. If you wish to criticize regarding being fat or thin or big or small, you are going to have to go elsewhere. I was not healthy in this photo.” In a follow-up comment, she added: “I wasn’t trying to be ‘brave’ with this photo. I just really wanted some of you girls out there to know that I get it.”

The actress has already branched out from showbiz with her all-natural and organic skin care line called Skin Nation, and now Stafford is going to be working with another company to try and help her fans stay in the best shape possible. “I want to help educate and help others regarding what goes into their body,” she declared. “This is why I partnered with Simply Natural Living to advise and help other men and women regarding healthy living and healthy lifestyles.

“Bottom line, you wanna be around for your kids and grandkids, right?” she continued. “So do I. Let’s go! Let’s start this thing, shall we? Go follow @simply.natural.living [on Instagram] and www.simplynaturalliving.com. It’s gonna be fun and informative and I am gonna help you get healthy!”
