General Hospital Spoilers — Michael Confesses: 'I'm Not Okay'

They say things get worse before they get better, but in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers, things keep getting worse without getting better! Griffin’s future looks dire, Lulu warns Peter to be careful around Maxie, and Michael opens up to his mother about the pain he’s going through. Is there a silver lining in anyone’s dark cloud?

Ava has enough of her own problems to deal with, but it looks like she’s trying to distract herself by focusing on what’s going on with Julian. “You are not telling me everything!” she teases her brother at Charlie’s Pub. Julian smiles, tight-lipped. Will he open up to her?

After his secret DNA testing was revealed in court, Griffin was suspended from practicing medicine at the hospital and it looks as if that may become permanent. “Somebody just ripped away the last thing I had left in this world,” he laments. Is this the end of his medical career?

Curtis fills Valentin in on his meeting with Sasha and her insistence that she’s not adopted and can’t be Nina’s missing daughter. “We’ll proceed with caution,” the Cassadine responds. Have they really found Nina’s child or are they barking up the wrong tree?

Peter clearly has feelings for Maxie, but due to his involvement in her husband’s death, he has no idea how to proceed. “I don’t want to hurt Maxie,” he insists to Lulu. But she jumps to her friend’s defense, protesting: “Maxie is vulnerable!” Will she be able to get him to back off? Meanwhile, Nina wants the scoop on why she saw Maxie emerge from the elevator with a shirtless Peter. “What was up with that encounter with Peter the other night?” she wonders. But does Maxie even know what’s going on between them herself?

Michael has been putting on a brave face ever since he was informed that his baby with Nelle had died, but now he finally admits to Carly that it’s all a sham. “I’m not okay,” he sighs. Leaping into mama bear mode, Carly quickly assures her son she’s there for him. “You don’t have to go through this alone,” she reminds him. Of course, what would really help Michael is for Brad to come clean about the baby switch and return his son to him!
