Oscar and his family may be getting false hope in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers. Terry doesn’t have any good news, but Drew seems optimistic, and even Oscar himself tells Josslyn that he’s feeling better. But there’s no escaping the inevitable.
Liz visits Terry’s office at the hospital to ask some questions about Oscar’s situation. “The story still ends up the same way,” the oncologist admits, sadly. And over at Charlie’s Pub, Cameron and Trina sit and discuss losing their friend. With Cameron not knowing what to do or how to act, Trina offers some advice. “That might tell you a lot about the kind of friend you want to be,” she offers.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Kim and Drew sit on the grand staircase and prepare to lose their son, although Drew seems to be deluding himself. “Maybe Oscar’s not fighting a losing battle,” he suggests. Can Kim get him to face the heartbreaking reality facing their child?
Watching Josslyn struggle with losing her boyfriend is crushing Carly, and she doesn’t know what she can do to help her daughter deal with the grief. “Go out there and survive,” Sonny urges. “That’s the best example you can give.” Josslyn is over at the Quartermaines sitting vigil by Oscar’s bedside and is stunned when he sits up in bed. “I don’t understand it,” Oscar marvels, “but I feel better.” Is this the beginning of the end?
