GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers — Will Liz Lose Franco to Kim?
Liz continues to fight for Franco in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers, but she may not be able to compete with Kim, considering that Franco still thinks he’s Drew! Can she find a way to bring her husband back to her?
Ever since Franco was implanted with Drew’s memories, he has resisted any attempt to make him realize the truth of his situation and insists on living his life as Drew Cain. But Liz refuses to give up on her husband and still hopes she’ll find a way to reach the man she loves. “I’m doing everything I can to restore his memories,” she promises Julian, who is also a little concerned about Franco’s feelings for Kim. “I’m afraid she has feelings for my husband,” Liz adds.
Cameron was heartbroken when Franco returned his wedding ring and left his new family behind to live as Drew, and when he and Trina are strolling through the park, he’s shocked to see him with Kim. Franco reaches out to stroke Kim’s cheek, but how will she respond? The real Drew has left town and doesn’t even remember their past together anyway, so might Kim take this opportunity to explore what might have been?
Liz insists to Jason that Franco will come back to her eventually, but he wonders: “What if you’re wrong?” And after seeing Franco with Kim, Cameron is torn about what to do. But as the pressure builds up inside him, the teen finally snaps. “There’s something I need to tell you,” he exclaims. Will Liz ever reunite her family?
