GH’s Benard Gets Icy!
If you’ve been online recently (like you are right now!), you might have seen some of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenges that people have been posting, and now GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Maurice Benard (Sonny) has joined them!
The viral videos are meant to raise awareness of ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease) while also raising money to research a cure, and plenty of famous faces have had a bucket of ice water dumped over their heads for a good cause.
Below you can watch Benard take one for the team with the help of his kids… who chide their pop for halfway chickening out!
