GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Vinessa Antoine and Anthony Montgomery Reveal Their Real-Life Romance
Andre and Jordan’s romance on GENERAL HOSPITAL fizzled out (and he turned out to be a criminal, to boot!), but in real life, actors Anthony Montgomery and Vinessa Antoine are happily dating! “Happy Valentine’s Day!” Antoine shared on Instagram with a series of selfies she’d taken with her beau. “Two years ago you came in and changed it all. Love you, babe. And they said we don’t have chemistry? Ha!”
https://www.instagram.com/p/BfMAtEfHxgw/She then also added in some song lyrics from R&B duo Floetry that said things like “he’s like everything I dreamed of” and “sisters sing along with me because your love is true.” And Montgomery shared the sentiment with an Instagram post of his own! “Happy V-Day!” he wrote. “My love, my everything. You know what you mean to me. I love you.”
Antoine joined the cast of GH in 2014 as policewoman Jordan Ashford, and then a year later, Montgomery was cast on the soap in the role of psychiatrist Andre Maddox. And while the two characters did attempt a relationship, Jordan is now dating Curtis, and Andre is… well, he’s locked up behind bars! Thankfully, real-life relationships seldom have as much drama as fictional soap opera ones, so Antoine and Montgomery look like they’re head over heels in love with each other. We wish them all the happiness in the world!
