Maxie’s Custody Heartbreak Continues!

That Eat/Pray/Love voyage of self-discovery GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Maxie went on obviously didn’t include a single seminar called “How To Spot A Manipulator In The Crowd.” Levi pulled the wool right down over her eyes to get Nathan in trouble with the court, and she was none the wiser. “How did Judge Walters even find out you lied to him?” she asked Nathan. Well, DUH! Levi’s the only other person living in the apartment, Maxie! Was that a blonde moment or what?

Anyway, after reviewing the documents and considering Maxie’s heartfelt plea to be a part of her daughter’s life, the judge came back and said that her character had not fundamentally improved, therefore, he was returning to his original ruling of not allowing her to see baby Georgie. “She’s not ready to be a mother,” he said coldly, adding that they’d revisit the matter again in six months.

“I lost Georgie again,” Maxie moaned. Levi said the first thing that came to his mind, which was, of course, something stupid: “You need to center yourself and breathe. Breathe.” Maxie pulled away and shouted, “I don’t want to breathe! I want to scream!” and she ran out. Levi was going to follow her, but Nathan stopped him. “Not so fast, Dunkleman,” Nathan McMuscles said. “You’re the one responsible for what happened here today.”

Sam confessed to Molly that she was kind of ashamed to admit that she was suspicious of Nina. “It was almost like she was too understanding,” Sam was embarrassed to note. She didn’t want to sound like a monster. Criticizing a wheelchair-bound woman who just woke from a 20-year-coma can leave one with that impression, but Sam’s intuition was right on the mark.

At that very moment, Nina was skillfully planting the seed in Silas’ head that maybe the fact that Sam was still wearing her wedding ring was a sign that she wasn’t over her dead husband. After Nina gave him her blessing to enjoy an evening on the town with his girlfriend, the sadness in Nina’s eyes turned to outright evil! She raised herself out of her wheelchair and kicked it across the room! She flashed back to a few months earlier, sneaking into Silas’ pitch-black apartment and smashing it to smithereens!

Jordan, meanwhile, demanded to talk to Julian’s boss, like, now! “Give me the goods on our boss and we’ll protect each other,” she said convincingly. Julian was just about to do that when they were interrupted by a rather shady dude named Mickey Diamond, who said, “Our boss sent me.” His job was to “make sure the business was running smoothly.” And then he sent Julian out of town for a few days. At least he didn’t give him a one-way ticket to the Pine Barrens!

Monday, Carly confronts Ava about moving in with Sonny, Maxie turns to her BFF for comfort, Nathan call Levi on his lies and Nina’s plotting continues! Don’t forget: 2:00 ET and 1:00 PST/CT on ABC. Be there!
