Melissa and Scott Reeves Celebrate Their 31st Anniversary
Please join us in wishing Melissa and Scott Reeves a very happy anniversary! Melissa Reeves (ex-Jennifer, DAYS OF OUR LIVES) and Scott Reeves (ex-Steve, GENERAL HOSPITAL; ex-Ryan, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS) were married on March 23, 1990. Although this year, the couple wasn’t in the same state on their big day to celebrate.
“Happy 31st anniversary, Scott,” Melissa shared on Instagram. “Who knew all the wonderful adventures we would have together and still be having so much fun. I am grateful for you every single day and look forward to all the Lord has ahead for us. We may be in two different states tonight, but our hearts are forever connected. Love you so.”
Scott wasn’t at home because he was visiting his cousins, Cole and Matt Reeves, who are also known as country music duo The Reeves Brothers. He even teased that he might be providing some of his own vocals on their new EP! But the actor/musician/father/husband shared the love for his wife on social media, wishing her a happy anniversary. “It really seems like yesterday that we were going on dates and planning our wedding,” he remarked. “I pray that God will slow things down so the next 31 years will last twice as long. I love you with all of my heart and can’t wait to celebrate with you when I get home.”
The Reeves have two adult children, Emily and Larry, and last year became proud grandparents to adorable little Woods McClain and Lawrence Reeves when their children welcomed kids of their own! The couple, who live in Tennessee, also launched a coffee business, Revival Roasting Co. Is there anything they can’t do?
