Together Again… On Television!
Hallmark Channel announced yesterday that when the second season of their original series, WHEN CALLS THE HEART, returns in April, soap vets Jack Wagner (ex-Frisco, GENERAL HOSPITAL; ex-Nick, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL) and Kristina Wagner (Felicia, GH) will join the cast as regulars!
Jack Wagner had made his debut in the last few episodes the period drama’s first season — HEART is set in a 19th century mining town — playing forensic investigator Mountie Bill Avery, series star Lori Loughlin‘s love interest. At this time, there are no details regarding Kristina Wagner’s character. But Season 2 promises that a secret from Bill’s past could jeopardize his future with Loughlin’s Abigail. Might Kristina’s character have something to do with that? She’ll make her debut in the third episode, and we can’t wait to find out!
The second season of WHEN CALLS THE HEART will premiere on April 4 with a special two-hour episode.
