A Backstage Peek at GENERAL HOSPITAL With Theo and Erik Olson!

After Theo Olson’s appearance as Wiley in the April 13 episode of GENERAL HOSPITAL, his mom took to social media to share a little peek behind the scenes of the making of the episode! “Did you catch sweet little Theo in today’s episode?” she asked. “Loved the cute pursed lips smile he gave!”

Theo and Erik Olson’s mother also shared an amusing anecdote about the taping of that day’s scene. “We went into the green room as always before we were called up to set and I noticed the TV wasn’t working,” she related. “I was bummed because my husband had joined us that day and I wanted him to be able to see the other boy doing his thing on set! So I asked Billy, our favorite wardrobe guy, if he knew how to fix the TV and he said, ‘Oh, they are just shooting some X-rated material up there so they turn it off for privacy!’ I appreciated that they did that, too, because I didn’t have to answer 50 million questions from the boys about what Chad [Duell, Michael] and Katey [MacMullen, Willow] were doing upstairs!”

She also shared a brief clip of Duell playing with Theo between scenes that she shot off of one of the studio monitors and praised the actor for being so great with both Theo and Erik Olson as the twins switch off portraying Michael’s on-screen son. “Behind the scenes, Chad is constantly playing with the boys and I always miss capturing it!” Mom wrote. “But here is six seconds of the fun they have together! Thanks for always being so silly with them, Chad!”

Fans just love watching both Theo and Erik playing Wiley on GH, and although their mom has revealed how to tell the twins apart, it’s also nice to have it confirmed whether they were able to guess correctly! Keep watching the soap to see the twins growing up as Wiley and keep checking back at for any more backstage peeks they share!
