Adam J. Harrington Reveals He and Rena Sofer Worked Together Before GH!
Lois and Jagger reconnected in the May 8 episode of General Hospital, though it was a different actor than when Rena Sofer worked on the soap with Antonio Sabato, Jr. before. Now she’s sharing the screen with newcomer Adam J. Harrington… although as the actor revealed to fans, “Not for the first time…”
In fact, the two had previously worked together on the television movie The Secret of Hidden Lake (also known as Deadly Season outside of the US) which aired on Lifetime back in 2006! The thriller stars Sofer as Maggie, who returns to her hometown in Colorado to be with her father after a hunting accident. However, after learning it wasn’t an accident after all, she tries to uncover the mystery and things get deadly.
Harrington played the role of her old friend, Sam, in the film, and judging from the screenshot he shared on Twitter/X, he tries to help Maggie get to the truth and stay alive while doing it!
In addition to her work on GH and The Bold & The Beautiful as well as roles in various primetime series, Sofer has appeared in numerous TV movies like Hostile Advances: The Kerry Ellison Story, Nightmare Street, Carrie, and Another Man’s Wife. Harrington’s career has taken him through various films and televion shows, as well as TV movies like A Girl Thing, Till Dad Do Us Part, and Cries in the Dark.
Fans noted the chemistry between Sofer and Harrington, but we’ll all just have to wait and see if GH decides to try pairing Lois and John romantically. Until then, anyone who would like to see more of the actors together can check out The Secret of Hidden Lake, which is currently available to stream on Peacock, The Roku Channel, Tubi, and Pluto TV!
