Cameron Mathison’s Wife, Vanessa, Cast on GENERAL HOSPITAL!
Who is that new woman, Mia, with Drew on GENERAL HOSPITAL? Why, that’s none other than Cameron Mathison’s real-life wife, Vanessa Mathison! In its newest issue, Soap Opera Digest reported that she will be appearing in the episode airing on Wednesday, April 20, as an executive coach. Of course, after a recent preemption, her episode will actually air on Thursday, April 21.
An executive coach is someone who specializes in helping an executive optimize their performance, so it would seem that Drew is being serious about getting back to work at Aurora Media. Unless, of course, this is part of one of the investigations he’s working on! Could Mia have something to do with either Victor Cassadine or Marshall Ashford?
GH will not actually be the first time that Vanessa and Cameron Mathison share the screen. She has appeared numerous times opposite her hubby as a guest host on his HOME & FAMILY series on the Hallmark Channel. They also appeared together on the home renovation reality series CAMERON’S HOUSE RULES back in 2015.
But this will be Vanessa’s first real acting job, so it’s good that she’ll once again be working with the man that she loves and trusts above all. We’re sure he made her extra comfortable on set and helped make the scenes their best. So make sure to tune in to watch Vanessa Mathison make her daytime debut!
