Dominic Zamprogna Goes ‘Taylor-Gating’ With His Daughters!

Tags:

Tickets to see Taylor Swift live in concert were a hot commodity during the Summer of 2023. Luckily for Anbilliene, Eliana, and Adeline Zamprogna, their dad, GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Dominic Zamprogna (Dante), scored tickets for his daughters to see their favorite singer during Swift’s sold-out six-night run at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, this week. But because seeing the Grammy winner once was not enough for the Zamprogna girls, their dad took them back on a second night to ‘Taylor-gate’ in a nearby parking lot!

A dance-party version of tailgating, Taylor-gating became a phenomenon over the past few months as Swift fans — aka Swifties — gathered to hold listening parties outside of stadiums during their idol’s Eras Tour. While chaperoning his daughters, Zamprogna made three Instagram Live videos of their escapades, proving that he is the ultimate girl dad while singing and dancing along to Swift’s live performance.

“The girls came and saw the show the other night. I still haven’t seen Taylor Swift,” the GH star confessed in his first live video. “But we’re watching from outside here with all these other people, tailgating. I refused to buy them tickets twice.”

In a second video (which you can watch here), Zamprogna tried to sing along and kept botching up words, while poking fun at his kids and for not having any rhythm as they danced. “Honestly, this is pretty cool,” he confessed of the experience.

As the actor explained in a third live video, someone was live-streaming the concert and broadcasting it on a giant screen in the parking lot, so those Taylor-gating were able to view the concert, not just listen to it! “You guys ready to leave yet? Ready to go home?” he asked his girls. (Naturally, their response was a resounding “No!”)

Zamprogna scored major dad points by taking his kids Taylor-gating, and we’re sure it is a night they will look back on and remember for a long time!
