Don’t Miss Jophielle Love in ‘We Have a Ghost!’

Don’t be surprised if you watch the new Netflix movie We Have a Ghost and see a familiar face! GENERAL HOSPITAL scene stealer Jophielle Love (Violet) is playing Junebug in the flick, which premieres on the streaming service on Friday, February 24!

The family-friendly horror comedy centers around a teenager named Kevin (Jahi Winston) who moves with his family into a rundown house that turned out to be haunted by a ghost named Ernest, played by STRANGER THINGS star David Harbour. The two become friends, and Kevin offers to help Ernest settle some unfinished business. But when Kevin’s dad, played by Anthony Mackie, finds out about the spook, he posts a video of Ernest that goes viral and changes everything!

Judging from the clips in the trailer, it seems as though Love is playing Ernest’s daughter in flashbacks to his past before he died and became a ghost. The cast of We Have a Ghost also includes Jennifer Coolidge, Tig Notaro, and FaithFord. It is written and directed by Christopher Landon, the filmmaker behind the horror comedies Happy Death Day 2U and Freaky.

Love stole the hearts of GH viewers the moment she debuted as Finn and Hayden’s daughter, Violet, back in October 2019. Since then, she has moonlighted in primetime series like GREY’S ANATOMY, FBI: INTERNATIONAL, THE WINCHESTERS, and WILL TRENT.

Check out the trailer for We Have a Ghost below and be sure to stream it starting on Friday, Feb. 24!
