General Hospital Spoilers 2/7/24: Gregory's Medical Emergency!

Port Charles comes together to say goodbye to Spencer in today’s GENERAL HOSPITAL but there’s still plenty of other drama going on! Ava stands up for herself, Trina makes a confession to her parents, Michael tries to charm Willow, Cyrus faces off with Laura, Sonny wants answers, and Finn rushes his father to the hospital!

Ava opens the door to an unwelcome visitor and declares: “You’re not welcome here.” But who is she standing up to and will they take “no” for an answer?

After Spencer’s presumed death in Paris, Trina came home, giving up on her dream of studying at the Sorbonne. But that’s not all she’s giving up on! “I’m not going to PCU or anywhere else,” she tearfully informs Curtis and Portia. Can they talk her around?

Willow is still upset with Michael, so he tries turning on the charm. “What is your secret, Nurse Corinthos?” he asks with a sly smile. Will she respond positively or knock him back again?

Perhaps it was Cyrus who Ava informed wasn’t welcome at the church for Spencer’s memorial. Because he admits to Laura: “I wasn’t expecting quite that level of hostility.” Of course, Laura doesn’t look particularly happy to see her brother, either!

Sonny is questioning everyone around him trying to figure out who is working against him and trying to kill him. “What are you not telling me?” he asks someone. Could he be questioning Dex’s loyalty?

Outside the church, Finn can tell that there’s something not right with his father, and warns him he won’t be attending the funeral. “Like it or not, we’re going to the hospital,” he informs Gregory. Could this be the beginning of the end?
