General Hospital Spoilers 4/12/23: Can Trina & Spencer Survive?

Everyone in Port Charles is on high alert in these new GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Willow is thisclose to giving up hope, Cody is frantic to prove his innocence, Laura and Felica worry about events from the past, and Carly braces her family for the unthinkable. Plus, Curtis is put off by what he hears, Dante thinks he has a solution for a problem, and Trina may have found a way for her and Spencer to get off of The Haunted Star. But will it work?

At the hospital, Curtis finds himself in a conversation that he wants no part of and must put someone in their place. “That’s enough,” he sternly insists. Might Portia be part of the same discussion? Because something has the doctor feeling regret. “It’s too late for that,” she laments.

With Liesl missing, Willow’s bone marrow transplant has been put on hold… perhaps indefinitely! After hearing the news, Brook Lynn and Sasha drop by the carriage house to visit Willow. Will they encourage their friend to tell Michael how she’s feeling about the unfortunate turn of events? “Isn’t that the same as telling him I’ve given up hope?” the dying young woman asks her friends.

Following his arrest at the Nurses Ball, an innocent Cody is desperate to let Sasha know that Gladys set him up… and is potentially fleecing her daughter-in-law financially! But will he confide in Sam about his theory when she drops by the PCPD to see him? After all, Dante’s girlfriend hasn’t exactly been his biggest fan! “What did Gladys do,” Sam asks Cody, “that you need to warn Sasha?”

Elsewhere at the PCPD, Dante and Jordan are yet again going over the clues in the case of Victor’s disappearance when Det. Falconeri reaches a grim conclusion about where the heck Victor took off to with all his hostages. There is, however, a glimmer of hope in being able to track down The Haunted Star. “I think I know somebody that might be able to help,” Dante informs Jordan.

Meanwhile, Laura and Felicia put their heads together to try to figure out what the next step is in Victor’s diabolical plan involving the Ice Princess. “Is history repeating itself?” a worried Laura asks her longtime friend.

With Willow unable to receive her life-saving bone marrow transplant as well as Trina and Spencer missing and presumed to be hostages of Victor’s, Carly tries to brace Josslyn for the worst. “We’re going to have to prepare ourselves,” she warns her daughter.

Finally, as The Haunted Star sails further and further away from Port Charles, Spencer sees any hope of successfully getting away from his Uncle Victor fade away like the land on the horizon. That is, until Trina comes back to him with good news! “I think I found a way off the ship,” she excitedly declares. But will Spencer and Trina be able to get Ace and make their escape without being detected by Victor’s goons?
