GH Spoilers 4/27/21: Chase Takes a Turn for the Worse!

Prepare for dramatic twists and turns in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Alexis gets good news, Olivia swears Brook Lynn to secrecy, Dante confides in Sam, Sonny wonders what Nina is hiding, and Finn and Anna desperately try to save Chase’s life as time quickly runs out!

Alexis gets a visitor and is surprised to see Valentin has come to Pentonville to deliver some news. “Congratulations are in order,” he declares. Does he have good news for the prisoner?

During their argument about motherhood, Olivia makes Brook Lynn promise to keep her trap shut. “We’re not gonna breathe a word of this to anybody,” she insists. Meanwhile, Dante puts his head together with Sam to come up with some answers. “There’s got to be a reason for that,” he muses. How much longer can Brook Lynn keep her fake pregnancy a secret?

In Nixon Falls, Nina is trying to keep Jax from believing that he actually saw Sonny before passing out from his gunshot wound, and now that Sonny wants to pay a visit to the patient, she has to convince him not to! “If I didn’t know any better,” “Mike” smiles, “I would swear you’re trying to get rid of me.” Can she possibly pull this off?

Maxie has been trying to keep Peter away but agreed to see him so Anna could get him to hand over the antidote to save Chase’s life. “Why are you really here?” she asks. And later, Anna tries to get the villain to cough it up. “You won, Peter,” she sighs. “Now give me that damn antidote!”

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Liz can tell that Finn is keeping something from his brother (actually his son). “What are you not telling him about his condition?” the nurse wonders. And in Chase’s room, things take a turn for the worse as he suffers another violent seizure! “Help!” a panicked Willow shouts. Can they figure out a way to save Chase’s life before it’s too late?
