General Hospital Spoilers 4/3/24: Disaster Strikes!

Be ready for anything in today’s GENERAL HOSPITAL! Sam opens up to Dante, Sasha wants to help Cody, Stella is surprised, Kristina wants to make things right, Nina has a plan, Tracy shares something with Gregory, and Brook Lynn and Chase are desperate to keep their wedding from falling apart!

Sam may be relieved that Dante has finally regained consciousness and is on the mend after being shot in the line of duty, but she’s still upset about the whole situation and Jason’s return from the dead. “I don’t think I’ve ever felt so betrayed in my life,” she admits to him.

Sasha joins Cody at the Quartermaine stables and judging from her overalls, she’s there to help him take care of his chores. “What’s the worst that could happen?” she teases. Could a little fun be what finally brings these two together?

Stella was already surprised when she saw that Curtis was able to stand and take a few tentative steps, but now she’s in for another shock at the coffee house. “I never would have guessed,” she exclaims, stunned.

GH Nina — What trick does Nina have up her sleeve this time?ABC

Kristina arrives and tells someone: “I want to clear the air.” But with whom is she trying to set things right? Is she trying to make sure she and Blaze are on the same page or is she trying to improve Natalia’s opinion of her?

Now that she’s back in charge as editor-in-chief of Crimson, Nina is ready to make things go her way for a change and she knows just how to do it. “I have a secret weapon,” she reveals.

Tracy is no fan of Alexis’, but she knows that Gregory is close with her. “Were it not for you,” she informs him, “she wouldn’t make the guest list.” And speaking of Chase and Brook Lynn’s upcoming nuptials, moving up the date for Gregory’s sake threatens to derail the entire ceremony! With his fiancée at his side, Chase tells someone: “We need your help to save our wedding.” But can they?
