General Hospital Spoilers 8/1/23: Is Cyrus Going to Die?

The future is uncertain in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Molly and TJ discuss the future, Anna worries about Sonny, Dante shares his suspicions, Gregory gets to work with Alexis, Carly confronts Ava, Kristina makes a stand, and Drew races to save Cyrus’ life!

After a conversation with Alexis, Molly is reconsidering her sister’s offer to act as a surrogate so that she and TJ can have the family they’ve been dreaming of. “Will it be Kristina?” TJ asks Molly. But would using her sister to carry their child make the situation too complicated?

When Sonny admitted that he could have been the shooter’s target because he’s been doing business with the Pikeman group, Anna was immediately concerned, being familiar with the organization. “How involved are you with them?” she asks. And when Dante gets involved in the ongoing investigation into who the shooter was really after, he wonders, “What happens if my old man’s theory is right?”

Following his dinner with Tracy, Gregory heads over to Alexi’s office to give her a hand. “Don’t keep me in suspense,” he tells her. “Let’s roll up our sleeves and get to work.” However, Alexis has just spoken to Tracy, who is concerned about Gregory’s health after seeing some worrying things during their meal. So there probably won’t be much work getting done!

GH TJ Molly — Will Molly accept her sister’s generous offer?ABC

Ava hasn’t been completely on board with how Sonny is handling this whole situation with Avery’s new nanny, and Carly has noticed her recent twitchy behavior. “You know what that tells me?” Carly says to Ava. “That you’re up to your old tricks.”

Kristina has been nervous about her new foundation and not being able to hack it, but she’s feeling better now that she’s got Michael on the board of directors and he’s boosted her confidence a bit. So when she runs into Sonny in the Metro Court, she stands up for herself. “No,” she informs him. “I am not letting you buy me one.”

During a fight at Pentonville, Cyrus suddenly collapsed and Drew suspected he was having a heart attack. “Come on,” Drew urges. “Stay with me!” Could Cyrus’ life really be in danger or is this just one of his newest schemes?
