GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 8/19/20: Maxie Needs to Know the Truth!

The Nurses Ball drama continues in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! The teens finally arrive, Jordan continues her secret meeting, Franco tries to smooth things over with Liz, and Spinelli wants to tell Maxie the truth about Peter before it’s too late!

Cam arrives at the Nurses ball with Trina and Josslyn and is met by Portia and Curtis. “Cutting it a little close, aren’t we?” Portia teases. As long as Cam is in time for his performance slot, everything will be fine! Meanwhile, Jordan has left the ball to head to the docks for a very secret meeting. “Trust me to take care of this!” she urges her mysterious partner. But can Jordan do it alone?

Franco is still feeling the chill where Liz is concerned and asks, “Are you mad at me?” Liz gives her husband the eye and asks, “Should I be?” There’s also some distrust going on between Brando and Sam as she informs the mechanic, “I still don’t believe you.” Also, Epiphany tells someone, “You mark my words” and Dustin promises someone, “There won’t’ be a next time.”

But the real drama right now is with Spinelli, who fills Robert in on what he learned about Peter from Nelle and wants to share it with the person who needs the information the most. “it is imperative Maxie know the truth about this!” Spinelli insists. And in the backstage dressing room, Maxie hesitates about opening up to Peter. “I’m not sure what to make of all of this,” she admits. And unfortunately, it may already be too late for Spinelli to rescue Maxie!
