General Hospital Spoilers 8/2/23: Cyrus Makes a Shocking Move!

Surprises are everywhere in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Brook Lynn stands up to Tracy, Valentin tries to moderate between Laura and Kevin, Chase interrogates Austin, Sonny has a proposition for Carly, and Cyrus makes another unexpected move! What is he really up to?

Brook Lynn reluctantly agreed to steal confidential files from Deception for Tracy but eventually changed her mind and came clean with Chase about the secret her grandmother was holding over her head. So now, when Tracy asks for more from her, Brook Lynn has no problem saying no. “I’m not willing to risk it for you,” she declares.

It looks like Kevin has flown to Chechnya because he’s worried about Laura. And when she protests, Valentin steps in to try and make peace between the pair. “Shouldn’t your wife’s safety be more important than anything?” he muses.

GH Austin Chase — Will Chase pick up on Austin’s lies?ABC

Chase’s investigation into Gordon’s murder has led him to Austin, and he questions the doctor while he’s on duty at the hospital. “Can you answer a few questions about this guy?” Chase asks as he holds up a photo on his cell phone. Will Austin be able to talk his way out of this one?

Behind the counter at the diner, Carly asks someone, “How did you find out I was running Kelly’s?” And it could be Sonny she’s talking to because he’s there to make his ex-wife a proposition. “I came here to make an offer you can’t refuse,” he informs her. What does he have in mind?

After his near-death experience at Pentonville, Cyrus was rushed to the hospital where he appears to have been severely impacted by his brush with the afterlife. “I need you to give all my money away,” he informs someone. Has the criminal really seen the light or is this all part of some grand scheme?
