General Hospital Spoilers 8/30/22: Can Anyone Help Liz?

Port Charles reels in the aftermath of a violent attack in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Finn is desperate to help Liz, Jordan questions Nikolas, Victor and Spencer put their heads together, Josslyn tells Trina about Ava, Brook Lynn worries about Drew, Carly can’t stop thinking about the kiss, and Nina helps keep Sonny from blowing up!

Liz lost more time during the picnic, and has no idea how she got the gash on her forehead. But she’s still resisting everyone’s attempts to help her, even Finn’s. But he’s not about to give up on her. “Just let me know how I can make this right,” he begs. But when all Liz wants is for him to leave her alone so they can all ignore the problem that’s threatening to destroy her life, will he be willing to do that?

Ava may be furious with him for sleeping with Esme, but Nikolas still cares about her and is at the hospital desperately waiting for news on her condition. Which is where Jordan confronts him about hindering their investigation at every turn. “Why are you so resistant to providing answers?” the commissioner demands to know.

Nikolas’ actions are tearing apart the Cassadine family, which Victor has been trying to build back up. Having previously helped Spencer, Victor now realizes he should turn his attention elsewhere. “Maybe he’s the one we should be looking to protect,” he suggests to Spencer. But if they’re talking about Nikolas, will he accept their aid?

Having gotten Ava to the hospital with Dex’s help, Josslyn cleans herself up and heads off to tell Trina the bad news. “Something happened to Ava,” she reveals.

With the police questioning everyone at the picnic trying to find out who attacked Ava and left her for dead, it looks like Drew wants to slip out. “They’re going to think you have something to hide,” Brook Lynn cautions him. But perhaps Drew just wants to check in with Carly and discuss the kisses they shared? “I’ve been thinking a lot about it, too,” Carly admits.

Nina wanted to be at the hospital for Ava, and so Sonny rushed her there, but of course, the pair find themselves caught up in drama as they wait for news. “I guess neither of us is gonna get what we want,” Sonny snaps, his voice thick with emotion. Nina tries to calm him down, but will he listen?
