General Hospital Spoilers 12/1/23: Will Finn Be Fired?

Finn fears that his career is at an end in today’s GENERAL HOSPITAL, and he’s not the only one in trouble! Brook Lynn is in the hot seat, Kristina tries to comfort Molly, Ava is trapped, Dex worries someone blew it, and Nina and Sonny aren’t on the same page!

Things might have been awkward when Gloria asked Brook Lynn and Chase when they were going to get married as she was heading back to Brooklyn after Thanksgiving, but now Lois is picking up where her mother left off! “If you’re in love,” Lois suggests, “put a ring on it!” Chase just looks uncomfortable, but Brook Lynn nearly chokes on her wine!

Molly has been struggling after their surrogate lost the baby she was carrying, and Kristina is happy to offer her sister a shoulder to lean on. But she also wants to make sure she’s not overstepping. “I hope you know that it’s not intentional,” Kristina insists.

Ava managed to keep her cool during Dante’s questioning, but when she found the letter saying “You’re welcome” with a photo of Austin’s dead body, she’s naturally freaked out! And when someone suggests a course of action, she couldn’t disagree more! “That’s the last thing I’m gonna do!”

Outside of Kelly’s, Carly urgently tells someone, “You need to come inside!” And elsewhere, Dex grimly informs someone, “I think you made a mistake.”

Nina knows that there are other people who could blow up her marriage to Sonny, but she’s concerned that she and her husband aren’t quite seeing eye-to-eye at the moment. “The person I should hear it from is you,” Nina argues. Can they get back in synch?

When Finn and Liz go out for a romantic dinner, the conversation unfortunately takes a serious turn as they discuss the malpractice lawsuit against him. “GH’s plan is to sacrifice me,” he angrily declares. Is there anything that can be done to save his future as a doctor?
