General Hospital Spoilers 12/13/22: Willow Gets Bad News

Things aren’t looking good in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Britt continues planning her goodbye, Finn runs into Ava as Liz begs Nikolas to come clean, Nina shares her fears with Sonny, and Carly checks up on her scheme as Willow breaks down with Drew.

Britt has been inviting people to her big birthday party but none of the guests are aware that this particular bash doubles as a goodbye party for the doc, who plans to leave Port Charles so no one has to watch her suffer as her Huntington’s Disease progresses. “I wanted to give you this in person,” Britt tells Maxie as she hands her the invitation. How long before someone figures out what she’s really up to?

Finn is still reeling from Liz’s claim that she is pregnant with Nikolas’ baby and when he runs into Ava, she can tell he’s dying to tell her something. “Something on your mind?” she asks him. Will he spill what he thinks is the truth? Meanwhile, Liz is already regretting lying to Finn about why she had prenatal vitamins. “I have to tell Finn the truth,” she insists to Nikolas. “About everything!” But will Nik be okay with her revealing it’s Esme who’s carrying his baby and he’s got her locked up in Wyndemere? Probably not!

Nina has really been struggling lately with many residents in Port Charles still against her no matter what she does. Thankfully, she has had Sonny there to support her every step of the way as their relationship has deepened. But might things be getting a little too complicated? “I’m afraid the lines could be blurred,” she confesses to him.

After Denise’s meeting with Drew, Carly cornered the woman to make sure she said what needed to be said to keep him from finding out anything about Willow’s biological mother. “Please tell me it all went off without a hitch,” Carly urges. Unfortunately, Carly has no idea Willow is looking for her relatives because she has leukemia. Because that would change everything!

Drew is also in the dark about Willow’s true motives, so when he reveals that he’s hit another dead end in the search for her mother, he doesn’t understand why she’s taking it so hard. “You have no idea how important this was to me,” she cries. Might Willow finally come clean about her diagnosis so that people can really come to her aid?
