General Hospital Spoilers 12/2/22: Could Willow Lose Her Baby?

The future is uncertain in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Joss gets flirty with Dex, Victor has a serious warning for someone, Drew has some bad news for Michael, Sasha bonds with Sam, Dante blasts Sonny, and Carly and Nina race to save Willow and her baby!

Dex was surprised when Josslyn showed up at his door, and as they sit together on the couch, he wonders why she came by. “What else would I come here for?” she teases with a sly smile. Has Dex forgotten already about how Michael wants him to keep away from Joss?

Victor has been experiencing some setbacks recently, so he’s understandably on edge. “You do not want me as an enemy!” he shouts at someone. Yikes!

Drew finally fills Michael in on the potential legal issue that could be cropping up soon. “Carly and I could be facing criminal charges,” he reveals. Is there any way to avoid going to prison for insider trading?

In the park, Sasha continues decorating the plaza for Christmas and seems to be trying to enlist Sam to help in some way when she happens by. “Helping others is a great way to help yourself,” Sasha suggests.

Dante has been one of the only family members to still support Sonny recently, but he’s still not afraid to tell his father like it is! “And now you’re doing it again!” Dante argues. But will Sonny listen?

While yelling at Nina, Willow suddenly collapsed and Carly ran in at just that moment. As Carly tries to rouse Willow, Nina stands by, stunned. “Willow, come on,” Carly urges, gently tapping her cheeks. “Open your eyes.” Worried, Nina declares, “I’m gonna call 911.” Of course, they only know that Willow is pregnant, not that she has leukemia. Could either Willow or her unborn child be in serious danger?
