General Hospital Spoilers 12/20/23: Spinelli Returns!

Maxie gets an unexpected Christmas visitor in today’s all-new GENERAL HOSPITAL! Plus, Portia confronts Spencer as the Ashfords celebrate Christmas, Finn fears the worst as Violet worries she’ll lose her daddy, Adam interrupts Josslyn and Dex, and Laura distracts Charlotte while Anna has a difficult conversation with Valentin!

As the Ashfords gather together to celebrate the holidays, Portia bristles as Spencer joins Trina at the house. “What do you really know about love?” Portia asks her daughter’s boyfriend. Might she be inspired by the season to finally give Spencer a chance? Meanwhile, far from all the drama, Stella and Marshall are enjoying themselves dancing on the patio!

At Liz’s place with Violet, Finn privately admits that he’s at a loss. “I don’t know what to do at this point,” he confides. And unfortunately, Violet seems to have caught wind that her father is in some serious trouble. “My daddy’s going away,” she reveals to Jake as they sit together on the couch.

It looks like Josslyn assumed Adam would be away on winter break when he knocks on her dorm room door, interrupting her and Dex. “What are you still doing here?” she wonders. Will Adam bow out gracefully or become a third wheel?

Laura is trying to keep Charlotte occupied, but the teen knows something is clearly up and demands to know where her father is. “It’s Christmas Eve,” Charlotte complains. “What could he possibly be doing?” The answer to that is having a tense confrontation with Anna, who informs him: “I can no longer be a part of your family.” Will he try to change her mind or agree that this is the end?

Maxie gets a Christmas surprise when she opens her door to a soaking-wet Spinelli! “I require your urgent assistance,” he announces, shivering in the cold. But how much trouble is he in this time?
