General Hospital Spoilers 12/9/22: Heather Surprises Ryan!

Crucial conversations are happening in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Victor tries to manipulate Spencer, Finn closes in on Liz’s secret, Rory has a surprise for Trina, Josslyn butts heads with Nina, Sonny tries to reign in Dex, and Heather reunites with Ryan!

With Nikolas having kicked them both out of Wyndemere, Victor continues trying to persuade Spencer that they can still be one big happy family. “I think it makes all the difference in the world,” he argues. But will Spencer see his point of view?

Things are already tense between Liz and Finn, so she’s desperate to keep him from finding out what she’s really up to with Nikolas. “I’m even more convinced I’m on the right track,” Finn declares. Can she steer him in the wrong direction before it’s too late?

Trina was already taken aback when Rory said he wanted her to come to his family’s home for Christmas and then he said that he loved her, so she’s understandably wary when he continues with the surprises during their three-month anniversary dinner. “I wanted to get you something to symbolize how I felt,” Rory says as he reaches under the table.

Josslyn has proven herself to be her mother’s daughter, so it’s no surprise that she would also happily trash Nina just like Carly does on the regular. But Nina is capable of standing up to Carly, so she’s ready to do the same with her daughter. “I can take it if you can,” she informs Josslyn.

Dex is hopeful that Sonny’s new illegal business venture will be just the thing that he and Michael need to bring the mobster down once and for all. However, Sonny may not actually go through with it. “Some mistakes are too big to make,” he admits.

Heather surprised Ryan by sneaking into his room at Spring Ridge and calling him “lover.” As he sits “frozen” in his chair, Heather leans in and grins at him. “You and me together again for the first time,” she declares happily. Separately, these two are bad enough, but together? Yikes!
