General Hospital Spoilers 2/13/24: Dex Fights for His LIfe!

Sonny holds Dex’s life in his hands in today’s all-new GENERAL HOSPITAL… but what will he do with it? Plus, Ava takes a stand, Gregory makes a decision, Laura surprises Liz, Molly questions her sister, and Carly and Brick find themselves in agreement.

With Sonny and his family under attack, Ava has been more protective of her daughter than usual. “It’s not safe for Avery to stay over,” she reluctantly informs someone. But where in Port Charles will be safe?

Knowing that his condition is deteriorating, Gregory has made the difficult decision to move in with Finn so that he won’t be on his own if something happens. “We can’t put it off any longer,” he sadly admits to his son.

Liz catches up with Laura and gets quite a surprise. “This is the first I’m hearing of this!” the nurse exclaims. How will she feel about Laura and Kevin’s decision to adopt Ace while Nikolas is in prison?

Molly is grateful to Kristina for carrying her and TJ’s baby, but is beginning to realize that the surrogacy is impacting her sister’s life in other ways as well. “Is that why you’re not pursuing things with Blaze?” Molly asks her.

Discussing the suspicion that someone within Sonny’s organization has betrayed him and is literally gunning for the mobster, Carly declares: “That’s something Sonny will not tolerate.” And Brick knows that Sonny will take care of business swiftly. “It’ll all be over soon,” he promises.

Meanwhile, out in the woods, Dex is stunned when Sonny confronts him. “You think I’m the one who betrayed you?” he gasps, horrified. Sonny may not believe the truth even if Dex tries to explain it, so is there anyone else who can come to his rescue before Sonny does something he’ll live to regret?
