General Hospital Spoilers 2/22/22: Maxie Escapes!

These GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers promise a show you won’t want to miss! Maxie attempts to get away from Peter as Drew bursts in with a gun, Josslyn upsets Trina by rebuffing Esme’s attempt to make nice, Laura and Sam worry, someone tries sneaking up on Victor, and Carly reminds Sonny why they’re splitting up!

After admitting to Peter that she never really wanted to run away with him and this whole lie was just to protect her children, she kneed him in the groin and took off into the woods. As she slips away into the snow-covered trees, Maxie taunts the villain. “You want me, Peter?’ she calls out. “Come and get me!” So when Drew bursts into the farmhouse with his gun drawn, shouting: “Hands up! Drop the gun!” is he even in there anymore? And if he is, will he save himself by activating Drew’s conditioning?

At Kelly’s, Esme tried to make peace with Trina and Josslyn, explaining that she was lashing out because she was jealous of them and claiming she genuinely wants to be friends. However, Joss isn’t buying a word of it! “Is that explanation as fake as the rest of you?” she asks a stone-faced Esme. Later, Trina is upset that Esme is still their enemy. “You just made things worse for me!” she argues.

At the hospital, Laura and Sam discuss all the crazy plots with Victor and Peter that are going on around them. “I wonder how that will affect us?” Laura wonders. Speaking of Victor, he’s meeting with a henchman out at the docks when someone snooping nearby knocks over a bottle and alerts them with the sound!

Sonny still wants to salvage his marriage but Carly has already hired a divorce lawyer and is through trying to listen to anything he has to say. “This path was set in motion because you decided to sleep with Nina!” she shouts at him. Is there anything Sonny can say or do to bring Carly around?
