GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers 2/22/24: Will Maxie and Spinelli Reunite?
Fans could be about to enjoy a “Spixie” reunion on GENERAL HOSPITAL! In today’s all-new episode of the soap, Cody and Sasha conspire to bring Maxie and Spinelli back together, Carly and Drew argue about Nina, John tries to shut down Anna’s operation as she attempts to wrangle Cyrus, and Sonny is reaching the end of his rope!
Already at Charlie’s Pub with Spinelli, Cody called Sasha to have her bring Maxie along for karaoke night but can they figure out a way to get the exes back together? “What tricks do you have up your sleeve?” Sasha asks Cody. But Maxie and Spinelli might just find their way back to each other without any help as they reminisce about their past. “Remember?” Spinelli laughs after relating a memory. Maxie smiles and admits: “How could I forget?”
Carly just wants to put Nina in the rearview mirror and get on with her life, but Drew seems unwilling to let go of his vendetta against the woman who exposed his crime and landed him behind bars. “What is the benefit of one-upping Nina?” an annoyed Carly asks her beau. Can she convince Drew to let it go?
Attempting to locate the person or persons who stole the weapons from the WSB, John thinks this should be an FBI investigation and doesn’t want Anna and the PCPD screwing things up for him. So when he learns what she’s up to, he announces: “I’m shutting this operation down.”
Granted, making a deal with Cyrus to help get information out of prisoners in Pentonville is a pretty risky undertaking. But Anna is convinced she can control the villain. “While I may have made a deal with the devil,” she tells Cyrus, “I refuse to be damned.”
With the walls closing in, Sonny is growing more and more desperate to find the traitor in his midst before it’s too late. And after the latest incident, the mob boss angrily draws a line in the sand. “Whoever did this is gonna pay!” he declares.
