General Hospital Spoilers 2/25/22: Carly Gets a Shock!

Port Charles is buzzing with drama in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Sam and Dante get closer, Liz shares her fears with Finn, Drew has a plan, Alexis takes charge, Harmony has a confession to make to Willow, Sonny shares his feelings with Nina, and Carly gets an unwelcome surprise!

Now that Peter is out of the way, Dante is able to resume building his relationship with Sam. And hopefully, he’s not making promises he can’t keep! “I’m gonna hold you to that,” Sam tells him with a sly smile.

Also at the hospital, Liz confides to Finn that whatever’s been going on with her is getting out of hand. “Something big is going on,” she admits reluctantly. Can he help her figure out who’s been sending her messages and reminding her of Franco?

Shawn is still settling into his role as the new owner of The Invader, but things don’t seem to be going according to plan. “There’s just one not-so-little catch,” he confesses.

Drew may want to help Curtis find out the truth about Marshall’s past, but when he tells someone, “They never have to look over their shoulder again,” is he talking about Peter finally being out of the picture?

Alexis has been taking charge in her new role at the paper and seems to be enjoying the authority that comes with it. “Do you have a problem with that?” she asks someone.

GH Willow — How will Willow react to her mother’s confession?ABC

Willow was confused when she couldn’t find her birth certificate but Harmony’s deflecting and the fact that Michael found out there’s no legal record of her birth had her more than a little concerned! Now, it looks like Harmony is finally ready to tell her “daughter” the truth about her origins. “There’s something I need to tell you,” she reveals.

Since returning to Port Charles, Sonny and Nina have struggled with their feelings for each other and while she has attempted to keep her distance (although not very successfully!) it looks like Sonny is through trying to fight it. “What if I don’t want to explain it away?” he asks her.

Carly has already hired a divorce attorney and has now made arrangements to help Ava get custody of Avery in exchange for still being allowed to see the little girl. But now something might be causing a hiccup in at least one of her plans for the future! “What happened?’ she asks as someone enters her office.
