General Hospital Spoilers 1/17/23: Ryan Threatens Heather!

Things are getting desperate in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Anna and Valentin get frustrated, Victor chats up Esme, Michael opens up to Chase, Sasha can’t believe what Willow is considering, Sonny reassures Nina, and Ryan corners Heather! Look out!

Anna and Valentin have been traipsing all over Europe trying to find where Victor is holding Lucy captive, and it looks like they’ve hit a bit of a roadblock because things are getting tense between them! “Shut up or give up!” Anna snaps at him.

At the hospital, Esme continues her recovery… and her claims that she is suffering from amnesia and doesn’t remember committing any of the crimes of which she is accused. And as Victor pays a visit and introduces himself, he assures her: “I’m not one to judge.” No kidding!

Martin, who has accepted Esme’s case, doesn’t seem too optimistic. “Everybody’s luck runs out,” he muses. But is he talking about Esme or is he fearing that he’ll never see Lucy again?

GH Sick Willow — Would Willow really let her anger make her decisions for her?ABC

Chase and Sasha have arrived at the hospital to offer Willow their support, but Chase offers Michael a shoulder to lean on, too. “The biggest danger that Willow’s facing right now is herself,” Michael grumbles. And sitting at Willow’s bedside, Sasha is stunned to hear about Nina being her mother but also the fact that Willow seems willing to let her hatred of the woman get in the way of her possible recovery! “Are you thinking of refusing the transplant?” Sasha asks.

Back at Sonny’s place, Nina is hopeful that she will be able to help save her daughter’s life, even if she seems unlikely to ever consider her her mother. “As long as there’s life,” Sonny assures her, “there’s always hope.”

When Ryan realized that Heather was killing to protect their daughter, he insisted that she confess in order to clear Esme’s name. And while she declined, it doesn’t look like he’s giving up any time soon! “Alone at last,” he says menacingly, getting up in Heather’s face at Spring Ridge. Can two wrongs eventually make a right?
