General Hospital Spoilers 1/3/23: The Hook Attacks Josslyn!

The new year is off to a thrilling start in these GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers! Carly prepares to celebrate with Drew, Dante and Sam have a serious conversation, Maxie wonders about Britt as she prepares to leave Port Charles forever, Spencer and Trina grow closer, Nikolas makes Liz a promise, and Josslyn faces off against The Hook!

Carly did not have a particularly good year so she’s more than happy to leave 2022 behind and see what 2023 has in store. Especially since now, it includes Drew! “Seeing you is the perfect way to celebrate,” she informs him.

Dante and Sam are all dressed up to ring in the new year but first, they’ve got to finish up their conversation at Kelly’s. And the conversation has turned to Sonny, of all people. “What does justice look like when it’s applied to my father?” Dante muses.

Maxie may be proud of the birthday bash she threw for Britt on The Haunted Star, but she doesn’t really have time to revel in her triumph as the birthday girl has gone missing. “What about Britt?” Maxie asks someone. And out on the deck of the ship, Britt prepares to disappear forever. “10 minutes until I say goodbye to Port Charles,” she whispers to herself.

Also out on the deck, Spencer and Trina find that their plan to pretend to be a couple to help smoke out The Hook may have some unforeseen consequences (to them — fans saw this coming a mile away!). “Well, when you say it, I almost believe it,” Spencer says as he moves in closer to her.

Liz is seriously regretting helping Nikolas cover up his kidnapping of Esme, especially now that the expectant mother has escaped! “No one is ever going to know,” Nik assures Elizabeth. But can he really keep that promise?

Spencer and Trina are doing their best to taunt The Hook but the killer isn’t paying any attention to them as they have already set their sights on their next victim! As they raise their hook for the killing blow, Josslyn stumbles to the ground and looks up in terror. Can anyone save her this time?
